High density raw MDF board for furniture is made by poplar or pine wood fibre.The density is between 650kgs-830kgs/cbm.The size is mainly 1220*2440mm.And the common thickness we can make is from 2mm to 25mm.For other thickness,should be customize.The surface bond strength is≥1.2Mpa and the water absorption is ≤10%.It is widely used in decoration,door,furniture,cabinet,etc.Plain MDF can also be produced with natural wood veneer,melamine paper,UV,arcylic,etc.For the quality,Plain Mdf can be made into different qualities including E1 grade and E2 grade.For E2 grade,also can be made into different qualities according to different customers.
