Good Quality Melamine Solid Colors Laminated MDF Board is raw MDF with melamine solid colors papaer surface.Melamine MDF can be made with different qualities and different melamine colors.We have imported line and domestic line quality.The density of mdf is between 650kgs-830kgs/cbm.For the glue,we can make E2,E1 and E0.It is widely used in furniture,door,decoration,Door Skin,cabinet,desk etc.For the mdf core material,we mainly use poplar and pine.Our standard size is 1220*2440mm,but can also make 1830*3660mm or some other size according to customers' need.For the thickness,we can make the thickness from 2mm to 25mm.The surface bond strength is above 1.2Mpa.The water absorption is below 10%.The features of MELAMINE MDF is acid-base resistant,pollution-proof,long lasting, and no seasonal effect. The water moisture is between 7% and 12%.
